Cancellation and Termination Policy for Distributors, Stockists, Independent Resellers, and Promoters
1. Introduction
1.1 Purpose
This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for the cancellation, termination, or suspension of agreements between Ezykart Retail OPC Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Ezykart” or “the Company”) and its Distributors, Stockists, Independent Resellers, and Promoters (collectively referred to as “Partners” unless specifically distinguished).
1.2 Scope
This policy applies to all individuals and entities engaged in a business relationship with Ezykart as Distributors, Stockists, Independent Resellers, or Promoters. It covers voluntary cancellations, involuntary terminations, and temporary suspensions of these relationships.
1.3 Definitions
– Cancellation: The voluntary discontinuation of the Partner agreement by either the Partner or Ezykart.
– Termination: The involuntary discontinuation of the Partner agreement by Ezykart due to policy violations or other specified reasons.
– Suspension: A temporary hold on a Partner’s account and privileges pending investigation or resolution of issues.
### 2. Voluntary Cancellation by Partner
2.1 Right to Cancel
Partners have the right to cancel their agreement with Ezykart at any time, for any reason, without penalty.
2.2 Cancellation Procedure
2.2.1 Written Notice: Partners must submit a written cancellation request to Ezykart’s Partner Support Department via email or registered post.
2.2.2 Information Required: The cancellation request must include the Partner’s full name, ID number, and explicit statement of intent to cancel the agreement.
2.2.3 Confirmation: Ezykart will confirm receipt of the cancellation request within 5 business days.
2.2.4 Effective Date: The cancellation will be effective immediately upon Ezykart’s confirmation, unless a later date is specified by the Partner.
2.3 Effects of Voluntary Cancellation
2.3.1 Cessation of Rights: Upon cancellation, the Partner loses all rights and privileges associated with their position, including but not limited to:
– Right to purchase products at Partner prices
– Right to earn commissions or bonuses
– Right to sponsor or recruit new Partners
– Access to Partner-only resources and information
2.3.2 Financial Obligations: The Partner remains responsible for any outstanding debts or financial obligations to Ezykart.
2.3.3 Inventory Repurchase: Ezykart will repurchase unsold, resalable inventory as per the terms outlined in Section 6 of this policy.
